Individual 45-minute sessions are $185. Therapy is a meaningful investment in your well-being. My goal is for the logistics to feel simple and transparent.

Insurance and Reimbursement

I am an out-of-network provider, so payment is made directly to Clarity Within Therapy. Many plans reimburse a portion of therapy through out-of-network benefits.

If you plan to seek reimbursement, I can provide a monthly superbill for your insurance company. Coverage varies by plan, so reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Before Your First Appointment

I recommend contacting your insurance provider and asking:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits for outpatient psychotherapy?

• What is my out-of-network deductible, and has it been met?

• How many therapy sessions are covered per calendar year?

• What is the reimbursement rate per session for an out-of-network provider?

Private pay

If you're paying out of pocket and not submitting claims to insurance, you'll receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges when you schedule. You can also ask for one anytime, including before you schedule.
