Empowering Women Through Every Stage of Change

A Supportive Community for Women in Perimenopause and Menopause.

You don’t have to go through this season alone. Many women describe perimenopause and menopause as both a physical and emotional turning point — one that brings change, uncertainty, and often, silence.

The Empowering Women Through Every Stage of Change group was created to help you feel seen, supported, and connected — whether through group sessions, one-on-one conversations, or shared resources.

This space is open to any woman curious about finding community, reflection, and relief during this life stage.

What You Can Expect

Even if the group isn’t currently in session, here’s what participation looks like when it resumes:

  • Guided Conversations
Thoughtful discussions facilitated by Alexis de la Rosa, LGPC, NCC, focused on the emotional and physical shifts of midlife.

  • Expert Insights
Occasional visits from doctors, therapists, and nutritionists specializing in women’s health and menopause.

  • Practical Resources
Access to curated tools — articles, book recommendations, and wellness strategies to support your well-being.

  • Community Connection
A safe, compassionate space to share stories, feel understood, and rediscover your inner strength.
